WDTC provides training for managers who supervise drivers and other employees in the transportation industry. The training fulfills federal requirements for managers to understand drug and alcohol use, including helping them understand when reasonable suspicion exists that would require a driver to undergo testing.

Managers learn to identify the physical, behavioral, speech and performance indicators of probable alcohol misuse or drug use that must exist prior to requesting a driver undergo a drug and alcohol test.
