WDTC helps owner-operators and employers comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Clearinghouse guidelines for reporting and querying. The Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse database provides the FMCSA and employers with information needed to identify drivers who are prohibited from operating a commercial motor vehicle due to DOT drug and alcohol program violations.

Owner-operators must designate a Certified/Third-Party Administrator (C/TPA) such as WDTC to comply with employer reporting requirements for the Clearinghouse. Queries enable carriers and their designated consortia or TPA to conduct queries for all current and potential new employers as required by law.
