Wisconsin Drug Testing Consortium (WDTC) was established in 2001 as an advocate for small business and to serve businesses’ drug testing needs. WDTC specializes in Third Party Administration (TPA) Consortium Management, urine testing, hair testing, oral fluid testing, finger nail testing and paternity DNA testing.
WDTC is owned and operated by Mike Bray, who previously worked in the cable TV industry. As director of sales with Time Warner Cable in the Memphis and Minneapolis divisions, Mike helped implement and monitor substance abuse programs. That experience helped him recognize the need for more effective and budget friendly drug testing and background searches. Today, Mike and his staff bring those savings to small and large businesses.
WDTC is a member of DATIA (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association), SAPAA (Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association) and the Better Business Bureau. WDTC is also a Veteran Owned Small Business (WDVA-VOB-385).
WDTC is here to help businesses stay compliant with Department of Transportation rules and regulations and provide an accurate history for any prospective job candidates. WDTC’s staff works with you through all phases of the new hire screening process and the creation and maintenance of a drug-free workplace.
