Mike Bray has owned Wisconsin Drug Testing Consortium (WDTC) since 2007, leveraging 21 years of experience in the cable television industry in which he coordinated contractors and established workplace substance abuse programs. Since then, Mike has greatly expanded his portfolio of official testing certifications and provides in-depth background screenings in partnership with Background Screeners of America.

WDTC is a member of several professional organizations including the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA), and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In addition, Mike’s military service qualifies WDTC as a Veteran Owned Small Business.
